Four seasons in Japan

You often hear that Japan is blessed with a beautifully distinct four seasons. But you’ve got to experience one or more of the seasons to actually know what it means. We have just completed our signature spring 'Cherry Blossom Spectacular Tour' and comments we received from the members of the tour demonstrate that the experience is beyond your imagination. One traveller said

I knew cherry blossom was pale pink, delicate and beautiful but I didn’t know there are so many varieties. It comes in pale pink, darker pink, almost red, white, greenish white, weeping, multi-layered, low-growing, etc. etc.

And when they are planted in mass, the whole atmosphere is smudged in pink. It is just like a dream…. There are more of their comments scattered on our web site for you to read.

SakuraThe same beauty applies to the summer green, the autumn red and gold, and the winter white. You will soon run out of words to describe subtle differences in colours and texture. And that is the beauty of travelling in Japan in different seasons. Not only nature do its magic show but you will also experience different food and drink, festivals and events, fashion and so much more.

Our next signature seasonal group tour is in the Japanese autumn (November). Just like we did with the Cherry Blossom tour, we will visit different climatic zones to follow the changing colours. The tour is also jam packed with culture such as the very special private tea ceremony and amazing experience of talking with monk at Buddhist temple - everyone loved the experiences on the spring tour.  And of course food is always the highlight of our tours.
